PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical disk drive of which the handleability for a user is improved when a plurality of users use one set of optical disk drive. SOLUTION: An account table 11A stores a plurality of accounts expressed by user's names and a selection information for every account showing a data stream to be selected when the optical disk 100 is played back, by allowing both of them to correspond. When any of account specifying keys 14A-14C is depressed during the playback, the selection information corresponding to the specified account is extracted from the account table 11 by a control section 6. Then, the control section 6 changes over the data stream which is to be read by a PU head 2, to the data stream of the selection information extracted in S3. Thus, the desired data stream is played back in the manner of only specifying an own account by each user. The usability of user is improved accordingly. COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT
