PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an application device for applying a foaming reaction mixture simultaneously and uniformly to reaction areas of a surface. SOLUTION: The device is used to apply a foaming mixture to a substrate so as to cause the mixture to foam uniformly on the substrate and has (a) a mixing head, (b) a distributer head attached to the mixing head, (c) at least three discharge lines attached to the distributer head and (d) a fixed frame attached with the discharge lines, wherein the discharge lines are attached to a frame crossing the direction in which the foaming mixture is discharged.
