PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ozone production method using a water electrolysis vessel for ozone generation, wherein a water electrolytic cell for ozone generation is driven at high temperature, thus a cooling mechanism is made simple, cell voltage is made low to reduce an ozone power consumption unit, and reduction in apparatus cost and running cost can be attained. SOLUTION: The side of an anode chamber 1 is provided with a circulation tower 3 at the outside, an anolyte is always circulated, and further, operation is performed while the temperature in the anode chamber is held at 60 to 90°C, thus a cooling mechanism is made simple, cell voltage is made low to reduce the ozone power consumption unit, and the reduction in apparatus cost and running cost is attained.
