PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wiring structure of seat for vehicle, which can lay the wiring of a heater means inside the seat comparatively easily so that feeling of the sitting of the seat is not damaged and in the condition that an excessive load or damage is prevented from being applied easily. SOLUTION: A wiring structure for laying the wire of a planar seat heater H which is arranged in a seating seat 1 of a vehicle. The seat heater H is arranged at a position between a cushion pad 20 which makes up a seat cushion 3 and a skin cover 10 which covers the cushion pad. A hollow lifting pulling groove 21 for pulling and hanging the skin cover 10 is formed on a sitting surface 20a of the cushion pad 20. Furthermore, a wiring component 30 which can be connected to a wire which comes from the seat heater H side is laid along the lifting pulling groove 21 in the cushion pad 20.
