PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a radio communication system, radio communication equipment, a radio communication method, and a computer program. SOLUTION: A wireless USB device communication apparatus 120 connected to a wireless USB host communication apparatus 110 in the radio communication system includes: an address storage section for storing a first address allocated by the host communication apparatus and used for exchanging data with the host communication apparatus; a second address generating section for generating a second address used for exchanging management information with the host communication apparatus; a state detection section for detecting a communication state with the host communication apparatus; and an address setting section 170 for setting the second address same as the first address depending on the transition of the communication state detected by the state detection section.
