PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thermoplastic resin composition produced having a high elongation rate at break and having an improved mechanical strengths such as impact resistance and rigidity under a production condition of a melt-kneading with an extruder or the like in a short period. SOLUTION: This thermoplastic resin composition comprises: 0.1 to 10% by weight of a styrene-based polymer having two or more epoxy groups per one molecule thereof; 1 to 98% by weight of a crystalline thermoplastic resin; 1 to 98% by weight of a condensed thermoplastic resin; and 0.5 to 500 ppm of a catalyst, as composition components, wherein as a styrene-based polymer having two or more epoxy groups per one molecule thereof, preferred is a polymer comprising as essential components, a styrene-based monomer and a vinyl monomer containing an epoxy group.
