PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a highly safe and practicable antifungal and fungi-removing sheet having both of antifungal effects and fungi-removing effects. SOLUTION: The antifungal and fungi-removing sheet is obtained by impregnating a filament nonwoven fabric sheet with an antifungal and fungicidal composition containing (a) an antifungal and fungicidal component, and (b) a 14-18C monoalkyltrimethylammonium salt as a water-repelling film-forming component. The filament nonwoven fabric sheet is preferably obtained by using one or more kinds of synthetic fibers selected from a polyester, a polypropylene, a polyethylene and a nylon, and forming them into a composite fiber with a hydrophilic fiber of a pulp and/or a rayon. One or more kinds selected from benzalkonium chloride, cetylpyridinium chloride, a didecyldimethylammonium salt and a monolauryltrimethylammonium salt are preferable as the antifungal and fungicidal component (a) formulated in the antifungal and fungicidal composition.
