PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicular air-conditioner capable of preventing degradation of the air-conditioning performance when the temperature of air sucked by a blower is affected by the outside temperature. SOLUTION: A rear seat air-conditioner having a blower and a heat exchanger or the like in an air-conditioning case is arranged in in-trim spaces 5a, 5b between an outer panel and a side trim. The in-trim spaces have no other opening than a suction port in a cabin, and form substantially closed spaces. A ceiling face duct 15 extending to a ceiling is connected to a roof outlet 16 of the air-conditioning case to form a passage 19 of conditioned air. The passage has a leakage opening 20, and an opening/closing door 21 for opening/closing the leakage opening according to the air volume in the passage, or, the pressure is provided. In the maximum cooling mode, the opening/closing door is opened, a part of the conditioned air is discharged into the in-trim spaces from the leaking opening, and sucked again in the blower on the downstream side.
