PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an oxygen enriching device of a good mounting property improving engine torque by accurately controlling oxygen concentration of intake air mixed in an engine intake passage by a simple method without using a tank for storing oxygen in oxygen enriching device supplying air of high oxygen concentration to the engine intake air passage. SOLUTION: In the oxygen enriching device 10 provided in parallel with the engine intake air passage 51, oxygen enriched air formed by a zeolite separation film 1 is stored to or discharged from an oxygen storage part 3 composed of an oxygen adsorption part 6 and a heat exchanger 7 based on an operation condition and data of oxygen concentration of mixed intake air detected by an O2 sensor 5, and opening of an oxygen supply valve 4 is controlled by ECU 8 to mix with normal air in an intake air path 51 to form mixed intake air.
