<p>When a data memory device receives a writing instruction at an FAT1 region from a host device, the data memory device records managing information as to the FAT1 region together with information identical to the managing information as managing information as to an FAT2 region at continuous addresses. When the data memory device receives a writing request at the FAT2 region from the host device after the writing request at the FAT1, the data memory device notifies the host device of completion of the writing data without writing in data. With this, the efficiency of data writing can be improved in a data memory device for recording a plurality of managing information with identical contents.</p> |
