A hot water mat for a bed and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to make the mat be folded, and to prevent a circulation pipe from being deformed even if the mat is folded for a long time. A hot water mat for a bed includes a mat portion(100) and a boiler portion(200). The mat portion includes a circulation pipe(110), a folding unit and a sheet(120). The circulation pipe is arranged in zigzag. The folding unit makes the circulation pipe folded and overlapped. The sheet provides a receiving portion for receiving the circulation pipe. The boiler portion includes a hot water tank, a heater and a circulation pump. The heat heats the water of the hot water tank. The circulation pump makes the water of the hot water tank circulated through the circulation pipe.
