A two-way sliding actuator and a portable communication apparatus with plural keypads using the same are provided to enable keypads to be projected to both directions of the main body of a portable phone, thereby facilitating the operation of buttons in the input of letters and the playing of a game through keys. A plurality of mounting spaces(11) is installed in a frame to be opposite to each other. Movable plates(17) with at least one interposed spring(16) are supported through a guide unit(15) and are installed separately and elastically. The movable plates forms spring holes(18) and are installed to support at least a part of springs. The guide unit is composed of at least one transfer bars(15a) fixed in the mounting spaces.
