An organic insulator composition is provided to obtain an insulator film of double thickness using the difference in hydrophilicity or hydrophobicity between a substrate and a gate electrode. An organic insulator composition comprises (a) polysiloxane-based polymers, (b) a hydrophobic or hydrophilic controller, and (c) a solvent. A method for preparing organic insulator film having dual thickness includes a step of coating an electrode-formed substrate(210) with the organic insulator composition having hydrophobicity or hydrophilicity equal to or analogous to both the substrate and the electrode(220) to obtain an insulator film(230) having double thickness.
