A method for exposing an advertisement by using application and an advertising management apparatus performing the same are provided to improve advertising effects by interposing a proper advertisement within an execution window outputted while various applications installed in a terminal are executed. A method for exposing an advertisement by using application comprises the following steps of: checking whether application is operated within a terminal(S10); identifying the application(S12); checking a position where an advertisement is interposed in an execution window outputted by the operation of the application(S14); searching for an advertisement to dispose in the advertisement position of the execution window(S20); and inserting the searched advertisement to the execution window and outputting the advertisement(S22,S24).
