<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image forming device of electrophotographic system which carries out full printing that forms an image on the whole surface of a sheet of printing paper keeping it high in transfer properties and to provide an image forming method, an image forming program, and a recording medium. <P>SOLUTION: The image forming device 1 detects the marginal region of a sheet 30 of printing paper when Edge to Edge printing is carried out, image data which are corresponding to a marginal region, out of printing object image data are subjected to image processing so as to be reduced in richness to a prescribed level. The end region is printed on the basis of the image data subjected to the image processing. Therefore, a sheet of printing paper is not required to be reduced in size, and capable of being kept high in paper transfer properties; and full printing can be performed highly accurately through which an image of high quality is printed on the whole surface of a sheet of printing paper. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
