JUICER AND LIQUID PROCESSING METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a juicer capable of filtering the liquid portion of various food materials using a filter in an inverse truncated cone shape and a liquid processing method.

SOLUTION: In the juicer for rotating a filter unit 11 having a disk-like cutter 12 and the filter 13 in the inverse truncated cone shape by a driving means 3, the driving means 3 can be operated in a filtering mode of a speed lower than that in a juicer mode for grating food materials by the cutter 12.
