<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that desired effects are difficult to achieve since the method and means of a conventional system are made uniform, and any special conversation or explanation is hardly exchanged between a seller and a customer in terms of the characteristics of business, and there is a limit in piling up satisfactory business steps such as positively advancing sales as the seller side. <P>SOLUTION: The sales support system of a network business performs registration procedures to a headquarter, and gives an advice following the statistical classification of action possibility as an individual who becomes a customer which is necessary for the network business to a member who has ended the contract of credit settlement with a settlement enterprise, and guides a process until the merchandise is purchased by the customer to the member.
