PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an antibody inhibiting proliferation of metastatic tumor cells.

SOLUTION: A method for preparing an antibody inhibiting proliferation of metastatic tumor cells, comprising (a) injecting tyrosine phosphorylated proteins into lymph nodes of a mammal, (b) harvesting lymph node cells from the mammal, (c) fusing the lymph node cells with myeloma cells to form hybridomas, (d) selecting at least one hybridoma producing antibody specifically binding to extracellular epitope of EphA2 and (e) isolating the antibody, is provided.
