<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a microwave processable packaging body capable of automatically forming steam discharging ports for discharging steam in a container during the microwave processing, and preventing a content from being ejected from the steam discharging ports. <P>SOLUTION: In the microwave processable packaging body, an automatic steam passing part 3 to open a portion of a hermetic container 2 during the microwave processing is formed in the container 2 having a storing part 6 for storing a content subjected to the microwave processing.
