PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a gas loading device to a urethane raw liquid not requiring a blending tank and capable of performing uniform gas loading, and a urethane foaming device using it. SOLUTION: The gas loading device comprises a urethane raw liquid introducing flow channel 1, a gas introducing flow channel 2 for gas loading, the gas flow rate adjusting part 7 provided to the gas introducing flow channel 2, a mixing part 3 to which the respective introducing flow channels 1 and 2, a measuring part 5 capable of detecting the specific gravity of the mixed liquid supplied from the mixing part 3 and a control part 8 for controlling the gas flow amount for gas loading by the gas flow adjusting part 7 using the output of the measuring part 5 as an index.
