<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize a quality assurance of an article dealt in a container over the entire distribution process. <P>SOLUTION: A quality assurance system consists of a server device installed in an authentication station, an onboard device provided in a transportation machine such as a tanker, and a dealing base device provided at dealing bases such as an oil refinery or service station. The server device manages discriminator of a correct container provided to the dealing base of transportation machine as a container discriminator, and comprises a dealing information DB for updating states of dealing as dealing information. The dealing base device inquires of the server device about validity of dealing history of petroleum based on dealing ID or the like stored in the onboard device.
