PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicle trunk space structure capable of effectively utilizing a limited cargo room space. SOLUTION: The vehicle trunk space structure includes: side wall parts 12 uprightly arranged on both sides of a trunk space 11 of a vehicle 10; partition plates 18, 19 which divide the trunk space 11; storage portions 23, which are recessed in the side wall parts 12 and include openings directed toward the center of the trunk space 11; first hook members 25, which are rotatably arranged in the storage portions 23 with a predetermined height from a floor 14 of the trunk space 11 and extend in the longitudinal direction thereof; and retaining portions which retain the first hook members 25 at a position where an angle (θ<SB>1</SB>) formed by a virtual line connecting the upper end and lower end thereof and a vertical axis line of the vehicle 10 becomes acute, which are set in a usable state, when viewed from the rear of the trunk space 11. In addition, the first hook members 25 can be selectively used in both states where they are partially protruded in the center of the trunk space 11 from the openings 24 of the storage portions 23, or the entire thereof are stored in the storage portions 23.
