PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sheathing roof board ventilator which can be easily manufactured and constructed, and which hardly allows rainwater to enter from an opening provided in a sheathing roof board and a roof substrate material. SOLUTION: The sheathing roof board ventilator 1 comprises a bottom surface portion 2, a rear side surface portion 3, and a top surface portion 4; the bottom surface portion 3 is provided with a fixing part 2a for fixing the sheathing roof board ventilator 1 to the sheathing roof board 7 and the roof substrate material 7a; the rear side surface portion 3 which is erected on the bottom surface portion 2; the top surface portion 4 is horizontally provided on the rear side surface portion 5; and a front side surface portion is provided in the state of being suspended from the top surface portion.
