PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an organic-inorganic composite coating-film curing agent excellent in crack suppression effect and barrier properties for chloride ions and carbon dioxide, a method for treating mortar or concrete using the same, and a hardened cement. SOLUTION: The organic-inorganic composite coating-film curing agent contains a paraffine-based coating-film curing agent containing a swelling clay mineral, wherein the swelling clay mineral is a synthetic fluorine mica. The organic-inorganic composite coating-film curing agent is preferably coated after poured mortar or concrete is hardened or when removing a formwork. Further, the organic-inorganic composite coating-film curing agent is preferably used in an amount of 50-500 g per 1 m<SP>2</SP>. Furthermore, the hardened cement is treated with the method for treating mortar or concrete. The mortar or concrete preferably contains blast furnace slag fine powders. COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT
