摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of a rolling bearing device for a wheel which prevents scattering of worn powder and burr refuse generated when a shaft part of a hub bolt is press-fitted to a bolt hole of a flange, easily removes the worn powder and the burr refuse, and enhances productivity. SOLUTION: At least either one of both portions of a peripheral part of the bolt hole 60 of the flange 22 and the shaft part 72 of the hub bolt 70 is magnetized, and after the magnetization, the shaft part 72 of the hub bolt 70 is press-fitted to the bolt hole 60 of the flange 22, thereby, the worn powder and the burr refuse generated at press-fitting are attracted to the magnetization part. After press-fitting, the magnetization part is demagnetized and a periphery of a press-fitting outlet part of the bolt hole 60 is cleaned immediately after the demagnetization so as to remove the worn powder and the burr refuse.
