PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To support business regarding operation of a train by controlling a vehicle equipment such as preventing erroneous operation of side surface door opening of a vehicle by a crew, and to further collect information of the state of the vehicle equipments of different kinds dispersedly existing in train organization. SOLUTION: The operation support system for controlling the vehicle equipments dispersedly existing in the train organization is provided. The operation support system has an opened door control means for only allowing at a side where the whole of the train organization can get on/off. The operation support system has a device for inputting/outputting vehicle equipment state data of different kinds and vehicle equipment control instruction data over the whole period; and a control operation device making the vehicle equipment state data relevant to the time and storing them in a memory device.
