PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a folding slope adapted for a vehicle having a relatively low space in a cabin without causing the increase in the cost. SOLUTION: A slope body 3 is constituted of a first slope construction member 23 rotationally supported to the floor 21 of a vehicle, a second slope construction member 25 rotationally supported to the first slope construction member 23, and a third slope construction member 27 rotationally supported to the second slope construction member 25. When the tip part of the first slope constitution member 23 is rotationally turned upward to fold the slope, this slope can be mountain-folded with the back face 61 of the first slope constitution member 23 facing the back face 55 of the second slope constitution member 25 and valley-folded with the surface of the second slope constitution member 25 facing the surface 91 of the third slope constitution member 27.
