PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the cleansing performance of a paper sheet for cleansing the breast of cow. SOLUTION: The paper sheet for cleansing the breast of cow is produced by using pulp as a main raw material, has a softness of 5.0-11.0 g in longitudinal direction and 3.0-10.0 g in lateral direction in conformity to JIS L 1096E, a flexural stiffness B is 0.010-0.045 g×cm<SP>2</SP>/cm in longitudinal direction and 0.010-0.045 g×cm<SP>2</SP>/cm in lateral direction by KES tester and a water-absorption of 0.1-1.0 sec measured in conformity to JAPAN TAPPI No.32-2:2000, and is composed of two sheets having a basis weight of 10-40 g/m<SP>2</SP>in conformity to JIS P 8124 and bonded with each other in superposed state.
