A color coating material composition for top coat and a method for preparing the composition are provided to improve durability, abrasion resistance, chemical resistance and water proofness, to prevent the deposition of dust on concrete bottom and the penetration of oil or grease and to reduce the generation of toxic gas in case of burning. A color coating material composition comprises 6.75-8.70 wt% of a viscosity modifier; 0.40-0.70 wt% of a nonionic emulsifier; 1.35-1.65 wt% of sodium bicarbonate; 25.20-30.80 wt% of isopropyl alcohol; 1.70-2.30 wt% of butyl cellosolve; 18.00-22.00 wt% of water; 11.10-13.20 wt% of butyl acrylate monomer; 13.50-16.50 wt% of methyl methacrylate; 2.70-3.30 wt% of acrylic acid; and 8.60-11.55 wt% of potassium persulfate aqueous solution. |
