A rotator for a motor and a balance weight thereof are provided to improve productivity and reduce a manufacturing cost by simplifying a process. A rotator for a motor includes a plurality of circular cores(110), end rings(120'), and balance weights(130'). The plurality of circular cores are thin plates and are laminated on each other for forming a cylindrical shape. The end rings are manufactured by a die casting and are coupled to upper and lower ends of laminated cores. The balance weights are coupled to the each end ring. The balance weights have a rotary shaft hole(132') corresponding to a rotary shaft holes(110a,120a') of the cores and the end rings.
