A video phone equipped with a digital broadcasting receiving function is provided to satisfy various demands of a user by employing a digital broadcasting unit and a video phone unit. A plurality of functional keys is used to select a digital broadcasting receiving function or a video phone function. A camera module(128) inputs image data for the video phone function. A microphone/speaker inputs/outputs voice data for the video phone function. A display device outputs the digital broadcasting and/or video data for the video phone. A DMB unit(110) processes the digital broadcasting receiving function by using a wireless communication network if the digital broadcasting receiving function is selected to output the digital broadcasting receiving function to the display device and the speaker. A video phone unit(120) receives video and audio data from the camera module and the microphone to process the video phone function to be transmitted to the other party through the Internet if the video phone function is selected by the keys. The video phone unit receives the video and voice data of the other party through the Internet to process the video phone function to be output to the display unit and the speaker.
