A hair cap with a sponge is provided to prevent a permanent wave chemical from flowing on a user's face and damaging user's skin at the time of having a perm or performing a hair treatment. A hair cap with a sponge includes a hair cap(10) and a sponge(20). The hair cap is made of a synthetic resin and a rubber string is installed on the hair cap that is put on a user's hair. The sponge is attached to the circumference of the hair cap. The sponge has a rectangular shape. The horizontal length of the sponge is identical to the length of the circumference of the hair cap, and the vertical length of the sponge is 4-6cm. An Attaching unit for being attached to and detached from the hair cap is installed on one surface of the sponge.
