An information processing method using a wireless terminal device is provided to allow a server to store and register RFID(Radio Frequency IDentification) information and image information if the customer's wireless terminal transmits the RFID information and image information about the user of a product to the server on a communication network. An information processing method using a wireless terminal device comprises the following steps of: allowing a customer's wireless terminal, where an RFID reader of reading RFID information from an RFID tag attached to a customer-possessed product is attached or detached, to transmit the RFID(Radio Frequency Identification) information through the RFID reader and image information about the user of a product where the RFID tag is attached to a server on a communication network(800-810); and allowing the server to store and register the RFID information and the image information by processing associatively the RFID information and the image information transmitted by the wireless terminal(830).
