<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accomplish provision of acoustic environment according to a viewer when a display mode and an image source are changed, and to accomplish enhancement of operability of a user. <P>SOLUTION: The on-vehicle display device is provided with a display means capable of displaying a first image in a driver's seat direction and a second image in a front passenger seat direction on the same screen; and an acoustic control means for controlling an sound/image position in the vehicle. The acoustic control means sets the sound/image position of sound/voice based on the source to a front passenger seat side according to switching of source of the second image. According to the above constitution, since the optimum acoustic setting is automatically performed according to source of the image displayed on a multi-view display, a labor that the viewer manually changes acoustic setting according to the display mode is canceled.
