<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To form irregularity on a protection film covering a light incident side surface of a photoelectromotive element while assuring a ventilation layer urging degassing. <P>SOLUTION: A protection film 15, an adhesive sheet 14, a sheet-shaped photoelectromotive element 13, an adhesive sheet 12, and a steel plate 11 are arranged in order on a bottom plate 1 of a vacuum laminating apparatus on whose surface a metal mesh 2 is fixed. Further, a sealing sheet 4 is arranged on top of them, then, air is taken from between the sealing sheet 4 and the bottom plate 1, and a hardening process is performed on the adhesive sheets 12 and 14; thus integrating the protection film 15, the adhesive sheet 14, the photoelectromotive element 13, the adhesive sheet 12, and the steel sheet 11. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT</p> |
