<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for reutilizing a used optical disk containing a PC resin as a substrate material or an optical disk becoming a defective product to be discarded in an optical disk manufacturing process as a raw material of a polycarbonate fire retardant resin composition by treating the used or discarded optical disk at a low cost by an environmental load reducing method. <P>SOLUTION: The manufacturing method of a regenerated polycarbonate raw material for the polycarbonate fire retardant resin composition from the discarded and/or recovered optical disk containing the polycarbonate resin as the substrate material has a process (a) for discriminating whether 2, 2-bis (4-hydroxyphenyl)propane is used as an independent raw material being dihydric phenol of the raw material of a polycarbonate resin to be polymerized with respect to the polycarbonate resin of the base material of the discarded and/or recovered optical disk and a process (b) for classifying only the discarded and/or recovered optical disk wherein the polycarbonate resin is judged to be one polymerized using 2, 2-bis (4-hydroxyphenyl)propane as the independent raw material and removing impurities by a chemical process. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT</p> |
