PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve degree of freedom in design in relation to arrangement of each of members such as a steering gear box. SOLUTION: The shock absorber structure with a knuckle arm is provided with a shock absorber 10, a spring support 12, which is fitted to the shock absorber 10 and to which one end of a coil spring is fixed, and a knuckle arm 20 for receiving a load from a tie rod and for transmitting the steering force. The knuckle arm 20 is formed by projecting outside from the peripheral part of the spring support 12. The knuckle arm 20 includes an arm part 21 projecting from the spring support 12 and a ball joint fitting part 22, which is fixed to an end of the arm part 21 and to which a ball joint is to be fitted.
