PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently melt snow laying on a roof tile, by efficiently transmitting heat to the whole roof tile surface, by using the heat of underground water for the existing roof tile, particularly on a roof snow melting device. SOLUTION: A pipe 1 for spraying the underground water is arranged in the uppermost part of a Japanese roof tile laid on an existing house. A hole is bored in the pipe 1 so as to flow on a recessed part 4 and a projection part 3 of the japanese roof tile 2, and a water is made to flow by controlling a proper quantity thereby. By applying a water repellent agent to a side surface 6 of the Japanese roof tile 2, the water flowing to the projection part 3 flows downward while melting snow by transmitting heat without falling to the side.
