PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bone conduction unit wearing implement that enables a bone conduction unit to finely be positioned matching a user and can hold the positioned bone conduction unit in a stable state. SOLUTION: Both ends of a support frame body 1 curved to enclose the back of the head are extended forward almost linearly, and both the extended ends are provided with slide portions 1a and 1b supporting engagement members 2a and 2b in a slidable state. Shaft support portions 20a and 20b are hung from reverse surfaces of the engagement members 2a and 2b, and upper-end portions of arm members 3a and 3b are rotatably fitted to the shaft arm portions 20a and 20b. The arm members 3a and 3b are formed by bending rod-shaped members in a staircase shape and lower end portions are extended outward.
