PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pyrolytic melting device capable of making harmless a solid separately-generated form washing drain water for molten gas, by melting it, and enabling reuse of a resource as a slag. SOLUTION: The solid is separation-generated by a solid generator 33 through a dewatering process from the washing drain water with which the molten slag containing flyash drawn out from a slag chute 27 is washed. A particle size of the generated solid is regulated into a prescribed particle size by a particle size regulator 42, and the solid regulated into the prescribed particle size is fed into a melting furnace 22 by a feeder 44.
