PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently perform fixing work by reducing the time necessary for the fixing work. SOLUTION: A fixture comprises a holding plate portion 10 for holding a cylindrical or pillar shape member to be fixed, and two fixing plate portions 20 to be fixed to a fixing plane. The holding plate portion 10 is composed of a covering portion 11 for surrounding and covering a part of the outer periphery of the member to be fixed, and two connecting portions 12 arranged to both longitudinal end edges of the covering portion 11. Both connecting portions 12 have two pairs of engaging projected portions 15, 16 formed on the opposed inner surfaces so as to face each other. The distance between both engaging projected portions is set to be smaller than the outside diameter of the member to be fixed such that the member to be fixed is allowed to be inserted into the holding plate portion 10 because of the elastic deformation of the holding plate portion 10 when the fixture is mounted on the member to be fixed, and both opposed engaging projected portions can be brought into contact with the member to be fixed in the state that the member to be fixed has been inserted in the holding plate portion 10.
