PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve various inconveniences of a dam for checking the outflow of a filler in an arena space premised on multipurpose use and laid with an artificial lawn having the filler. SOLUTION: Suitability as the dam is imparted, by fixing an end part processing member 7 composed of a square pipe member 8 and a hard elastic material covering member 9 covering a surface of the square pipe member 8 and having the height lower than the average height of the filler 5 filled in the artificial lawn 1, to a floor surface of a peripheral part of the artificial lawn 1, to be thereby applicable to removal or restoration of the artificial lawn having the filler on condition that a maintenance or carrying vehicle drives in a wide rage arena space premised on the multipurpose use.
