PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an engine air-intake duct structure capable of preventing occurrence of troubles such as clogging of an air cleaner, and effectively cooling electrical units. SOLUTION: In the vehicular engine air-intake duct structure, a fan shroud is mounted on a rear side of a radiator, an engine and an air cleaner are arranged behind the fan shroud, an intake duct 31 having an intake port 31a opened forward of a vehicle body is arranged above a radiator and the fan shroud, the intake duct 31 and the air cleaner are connected to each other via an inlet duct 33, and electrical units are arranged behind the intake duct 31. A connection port 31d is formed in one side of the intake duct 31, one end of the inlet duct 33 is connected to the connection port 31d, a rear end upper wall of the intake duct 31 forms an inclined wall 31b inclined diagonally and downward backward of the vehicle body, and a discharge port 31c is opened in a lower part of the inclined wall 31b directing the electrical units.
