PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a single collection diagnostic monitoring system for electrophysiological data and hemodynamic physiological data from a subject of interest. SOLUTION: The system includes a first module (12) to receive electrophysiological data via a plurality of first sensors (14) combined with a subject of interest, a second module (16) to receive hemodynamic data via a plurality of second sensor (18), a base part device (20) combined with respective modules to supply power to respective modules to receive data from respective modules and synchronize the data from respective modules, and a processor combined with the base part device to receive synchronized electrophysiological and hemodynamic data to join the synchronized data into a single database and to transmit the synchronized and processed data.
