PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a remote control button of an electronic endoscope excellent in durability in which, even when a hole is opened or the like on a pushing operation cap formed of an elastic material and water intrudes from the hole, the water causes no accidents such as electrical short circuit in an electrical switch part and water leakage into the electronic endoscope. SOLUTION: The remote control button is provided with a sealing member 20 for watertightly sealing the inner circumferential surface of a support cylinder 12 formed integrally with the pushing operation cap 11 formed of the elastic material and the outer circumferential surface of a switch pressurizing member 15 arranged inside the support cylinder 12 freely slidably in an axial direction and connected to the inner side part 17 of the pushing operation cap 11.
