PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wall surface greening panel to be arranged on the front side of the wall surface of a building or a construction so as to green the front side of the wall surface, enabling vine plants to creep to a desired direction so as to obtain excellent scenery in a building, and extremely easily performing construction of wall surface greening in a short period, and to provide a wall surface greening method of construction using the wall surface greening panel. SOLUTION: This wall surface greening panel is made of a material to which the adhesive roots of vine plants can adhere. A creeping guidepath 2 which can guide creeping of the vine plants is set on a panel main body 1, and a creeping auxiliary part 3 which auxiliarily promotes creeping in the creeping guidepath 2 is set on a section excluding the creeping guidepath 2 on the panel main body 1.
