A magnetic sheet applied antenna structure for a both-sided circuit forming an RFID tag and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to reduce entire antenna thickness by reducing a thickness of a magnetic sheet. A magnetic sheet applied antenna structure for a both-sided circuit forming an RFID tag includes an antenna supporting layer(16), adhesive layers(17,19), copper thin film layers(15), a plating through hole(18), and a protective film(20). The antenna structure is formed on the magnetic sheet(13). The copper thin film layers are formed on both sides of the antenna supporting layer by a medium of adhesive layers. The plating through hole is formed between the copper thin film layers. The protective film is adhered on an upper part of the antenna by using the adhesive layer.
