An automatic draining apparatus is provided to prevent water in a vehicle muffler from contacting exhaust gas by quickly removing water from the vehicle muffler. An automatic draining apparatus(100) includes a support member(30), a connection member(31), a floating member(10), a cap(20), and an outlet hole(21). The support member is attached to a discharge pipe(200) for discharging gas containing moisture. The connection member has one end connected to the support member such that the one end of the connection member is movable in a vertical direction. The floating member is connected to the other end of the connection member. The cap is protruded from the connection member or the floating member toward a wall of the discharge pipe. The outlet hole is formed at the wall of the discharge pipe, and opened/closed by the cap in accordance with the movement of the connection member.
