A single bead setting device is provided to shorten the manufacturing time, to reduce the cost, and to prevent defects generated in combining the existing bead-combined body to a carcass half-finished product. A single bead setting device is composed of a lifting unit(100) vertically moving a core drum(10) having a horizontal rotary shaft; a pair of fixed frames(110) separated from each other at both sides of the lifting unit; a pair of moving frames(120) moving along the upper sections of each fixed frame; a pair of mounting frames(130) installed at one side of the upper ends of each moving frame in a height direction; a pair of fixing shafts(140) installed in the centers of each mounting frame and moved in the direction of the rotary shaft of the core drum to fix both ends of the rotary shaft; and a bead mounting unit(150) installed at one side facing the mounting frame and moved in the direction of the core drum to place single beads on the core drum.
