A fish trap is provided to enable a user to catch a larger amount of fish by using its structural shape, and to prevent the caught fish from escaping by forming an inlet on the upper surface of a fish receiving portion. A fish trap includes a main frame(110), a lower frame(120), a receiving frame(130), an upper frame(140) and an elastic member(150). The lower frame is installed on a lower side of the main frame and in which baits for inducing fish are stored. The receiving frame is installed to be separated from one side of the main frame, and supports a net to form a space receiving fish. The upper frame is installed on the upper side of the main frame to make the plane formed by the receiving frame separated from the plane formed by the main frame. The elastic member gives elastic force to make the upper frame separated from the main frame in an upper direction.
